Description

A delicious and easy no-bake pistachio fudge that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chopped pistachios and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a more intense pistachio flavor, use roasted pistachios.
  • Can be decorated with additional chopped pistachios on top before refrigerating.
