A delicious and easy no-bake pistachio fudge that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped pistachios and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a more intense pistachio flavor, use roasted pistachios.
- Can be decorated with additional chopped pistachios on top before refrigerating.
