  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed gingerbread cookies and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  6. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the cups.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with additional crushed gingerbread cookies if desired.
