Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and chia seeds.
  2. Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
