Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and chia seeds.
- Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
