- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- Whipped cream
- Broken cookies
- Additional graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl until evenly combined.
- Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of this mixture into the bottom of each glass or serving dish, pressing lightly to form an even base.
- Beat the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl or stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, about one minute. Transfer the cream to a separate bowl to set aside.
- Blend the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together in the original mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture carefully until fully combined and smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the creamy filling over the graham cracker crust layer in each cup.
- Top each cheesecake cup with fresh fruit or other toppings of your choice.
- Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least one hour to set before serving.
