- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the diced onion. Cook until softened.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and spread the cooked mushrooms and onions evenly on the bottom.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top of the mushroom mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and mushrooms.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
