Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet; toss to combine with the garlic and mushrooms.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
