Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Monte Cristo sliders that combine the flavors of ham, cheese, and a sweet touch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of turkey
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Butter for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in the dish.
  5. Place slices of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on top of the buns.
  6. Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sliders.
  8. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak in.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
