Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Mint Oreo Truffles that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Mint Oreo cookies (about 14.3 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract


Instructions

  1. Crush the Mint Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired and let them set in the refrigerator.
