Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Fresh fruits (such as strawberries, bananas, or blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine pancake mix and water in a mixing bowl until smooth. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. Once pancakes have cooled slightly, thread them onto skewers, alternating with pieces of fresh fruit.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
