A delightful appetizer featuring mini orange peppers filled with a zesty cream cheese spread.

- 12 mini orange peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tops off the mini orange peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each mini pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the filled peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
