Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  4. Seal the edges with a little water.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more jalapenos to the filling.
  • Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
