Description

Deliciously crispy and soft mini churros coated in sweet cinnamon sugar, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. Combine water, butter, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Pipe dough into small shapes or balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl, and roll warm churro bites in the mixture.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
