Description

Mini Cannoli Cups are the delightful bite-sized treats that will thrill your taste buds!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 12 mini phyllo cups
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Carefully spoon the ricotta mixture into each mini phyllo cup.
  4. Top with chopped pistachios if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
