Description

A fun and delicious take on the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 8 mini burger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties on the grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. While the patties are cooking, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble the mini burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom bun, adding the patty, pickles, and onions, then topping with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
