- 4 medium Potatoes (white or yellow)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic (freshly minced)
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into evenly sized cubes.
- Place the cubed potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the salt over the potatoes.
- Add the smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Incorporate the minced garlic into the potato mixture.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the seasoned potatoes.
- Toss all the ingredients together until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast them in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak potato cubes in water for 30 minutes before cooking. These potatoes can also be made in an air fryer.
