- 8 tostada shells

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the shredded rotisserie chicken with some hot sauce if desired in a bowl.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada shell.
- Top with a generous amount of the shredded chicken.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the toppings, and add a dollop of sour cream.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
