- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix flour and Parmesan cheese.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
