Description

A delicious and tender chicken breast recipe that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a shallow dish, mix flour and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
  5. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
