Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic.
  2. Add the egg, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
