Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, red bell pepper, and garlic.
- Add the egg, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
