- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and olives, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with feta cheese, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
