  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm the pita breads on the grill for a minute on each side.
  5. Assemble the gyros by placing the cooked chicken in the pita, then topping with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
