Ingredients

- 4 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped celery, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
- Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well mixed.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
