- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
- Add the refried beans and diced tomatoes to the skillet, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
