Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the potato mixture and shape them into small balls.
  5. Carefully drop the balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
