Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
