Description

Delicious rolls filled with macaroni and cheese, crispy bacon, and juicy burger meat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of pizza dough


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and milk over low heat until the cheese is melted.
  4. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  5. Mix the crumbled bacon into the macaroni and cheese.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
  7. Place a spoonful of the macaroni and cheese mixture and a spoonful of the ground beef on each square of dough.
  8. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  9. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
