Description

A creamy and delightful ice cream made with fresh figs and ricotta cheese, perfect for a unique dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh figs, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped figs, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
