- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped figs, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve with additional figs or a fig ice cream topping if desired.
