Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is tender.
