Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until fluffy in another bowl.
  4. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and coat with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
