Description

A refreshing and zesty pizza perfect for spring gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Drizzle the lemon juice over the ricotta and sprinkle the lemon zest on top.
  4. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
