Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface.
- Transfer the crust to a baking sheet.
- Spoon the lemon curd into the center of the crust, leaving a border around the edges.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the lemon curd.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the crust.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
