Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice, stirring well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until they float to the top, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
