- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Crush the golden Oreos in a blender or food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in extra powdered sugar to coat, if desired.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
