Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup steamed rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Vegetables (like broccoli or carrots) for serving


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Mix in a small bowl the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Pour the mixture over the cooked beef and stir to combine.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for about 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve the beef mixture over steamed rice and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  5. Add your favorite vegetables on the side.
