Description

Experience the vibrant tropical flavors of Key West with this quick and easy grilled chicken recipe, bursting with citrus notes and a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use fresh-squeezed citrus juice for the best taste.
