- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use fresh-squeezed citrus juice for the best taste.
