Description

A refreshing and tangy treat that combines the flavors of key lime with a creamy truffle center.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, key lime juice, and key lime zest until well combined.
  3. Fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in graham cracker crumbs and dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Refrigerate the truffles until ready to serve.
