Delicious and easy-to-make Key Lime Pie Rolls with a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add key lime juice and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Roll the crust tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For a stronger lime flavor, add more key lime juice.
