Keto Greek Meatballs (Keftedes) are easy to make and bursting with flavor—discover the secret to a delicious, healthy dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
