- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large egg
- Optional: spices or herbs for flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Add olive oil and the egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the dough into squares or preferred shapes.
- Carefully transfer the parchment with the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let the crackers cool before serving. Enjoy!
