Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Optional: spices or herbs for flavor


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and the egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the dough into squares or preferred shapes.
  6. Carefully transfer the parchment with the dough onto a baking sheet.
