Description

A creamy and spicy appetizer that combines the flavors of jalapeño poppers with the convenience of a cheese ball.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 2-3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup chopped nuts or crispy bacon bits (for coating)
  • Crackers or veggies (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts or crispy bacon bits to coat.
  4. Serve with crackers or veggie sticks. Enjoy!
