A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs made with creamy yolks, mayo, mustard, and jalapeños.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp diced jalapeños
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Boil and peel eggs
- Slice in half and remove yolks
- Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, and jalapeños
- Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites
- Garnish with paprika and jalapeño slices
Notes
Chill before serving for best flavor. Seed jalapeños for milder heat, or add hot sauce for more spice.
