Jalapeño Deviled Eggs

Description

A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs made with creamy yolks, mayo, mustard, and jalapeños.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel eggs
  2. Slice in half and remove yolks
  3. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, and jalapeños
  4. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites
  5. Garnish with paprika and jalapeño slices

Notes

Chill before serving for best flavor. Seed jalapeños for milder heat, or add hot sauce for more spice.
