- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Pour in the Irish whiskey and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce.
- Add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
