Instructions
- Rinse the brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add the rinsed rice, water or broth, and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 22 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
