Ingredients

- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and sliced smoked sausage.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top.
- Toss everything together until the potatoes and sausage are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy ranch potatoes and smoked sausage!
