  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and sliced smoked sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top.
  4. Toss everything together until the potatoes and sausage are well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
