Description

A delicious and healthy dinner option featuring salmon with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha glaze, perfect for spring.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the honey sriracha mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  6. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, and sliced avocado.
  7. Top with the baked salmon and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
