- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for salsa)
Instructions
- Combine honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill or bake marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Mix diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in another bowl to prepare the mango salsa.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with mango salsa. Enjoy with rice, salad, or tortillas!
