Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, heavy cream, honey, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use fresh corn instead of canned.
