Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring meatballs baked in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
