- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup honey

- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Spread the cooked rice evenly around the meatballs in the baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth over the rice and meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
