Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and honey.
  6. Brush the honey BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with extra honey BBQ sauce on the side.
