- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the seasoning mixture.
- On a large sheet pan, arrange the chicken thighs, baby potatoes, and green beans.
- Drizzle any remaining seasoning mixture over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
