- 1 tsp sugar

- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
